All alternations, bookings, cancellations, and changes must be made in writing. All rates are quoted in NZD per person and include GST. Tati Travel. Ltd reserves the right to alter itineraries and accommodation preferences in the event of circumstances beyond our control.
The prices we quote are the latest we have received from our suppliers. However, prices can change at any time, and you will be advised of the correct price prior to your booking.
PASSPORT AND VISAS
Information about country passport and visa requirements can be obtained from our reservation center staff who would be happy to advise you. It is your responsibility to ensure that you and those in your party comply with any relevant visa, passport and inoculation requirements and take all necessary documentation with you in order to gain access to the country or region of your choice. If you fail to do so, you will be solely responsible for any cost, loss or damage that you, we, or our travel partners incur as a result of your failure to obtain the relevant documentation and/or inoculation.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS - PREPAYMENT
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of travel cost per person is needed to hold a reservation. This deposit forms part of your final payment due 60 days prior to arrival. If the balance is not received 60 days prior to arrival, the land portion of your booking is cancelled automatically. Bookings made within 60 days of departure must be paid in full at the time of booking.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
We can accept credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard). These may carry an extra fee which depends on your currency and your card type. If you pay by your credit card, in addition to the cost of your package, we charge 3.1% of the total package price to your credit card as our bank’s fee. We will provide you with the payment instructions for this at the time of booking. We could also accept payments via bank draft (wire transfer) to our bank account. Upon receiving the payment we will send you a booking/invoice agreement via fax, which you sign and return to us.
Cancellations are subject to the following penalties of the full trip price:
20% non-refundable deposit due at the time of confirmation
60-46 days prior to arrival: 50% penalty
45-31 days prior to arrival: 75% penalty
30-16 days prior to arrival: 100% penalty
*Subject to change depending on accommodations selected and peak season travel dates.
Except as required by law, Tati Travel Limited shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, costs or damages that arise out of or that are in connection with any duty or obligation under these terms and conditions or any duty or obligation at law. To the extent that we have any liability to you under these terms and conditions at law, that liability shall be confined to the amount that you have paid or is payable to us in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The information we ask in the reservation section is required and necessary to ensure we are able to make and confirm your booking. This information will not be used for any other purposes, and will not be shared with any other outside parties except for necessary information given to the parties involved in any booking (i.e. Hotels etc…). Your privacy is subject to all applicable laws including the Privacy Act 1993.
By signing the booking agreement, which shall be sent to the customer upon booking, the customer willfully has accepted the general terms and condition in this web site or document, as a part of the agreement between Tati Travel Limited and the customer.
We are a New Zealand registered company. The business and services we offer for all purposes are governed by the applicable laws of New Zealand. Any dispute concerning the general and specific terms and conditions listed here, shall be governed for all purposes by New Zealand law.
While Tati Travel Limited has taken all reasonable steps to ensure that the information contained in this web site are as accurate as possible. However, we cannot warrant the accuracy of the information contained in the site. Tati Travel Limited will advise you of any changes before your booking, and update you if we receive further information from the operator/vacation supplier after the time of booking.
